What a credit buys
A credit is the unit for one action. Anything that only needs browser time or a database read costs no credits.

How many credits does one listing need?expand_more
A listing with ten photos costs 12 credits: ten basic enhancements (1 credit each), expose text (1) and one portal publication (1). Virtual staging (2), a 3D tour (8) and video (15) only count when you use them.
Do credits expire?expand_more
Your balance is not reset to zero each month. It only goes down when you use a tool. Purchased top-up credits stay valid independently of the billing period.
What is free?expand_more
Floor plan editor, property file, expose, inquiries, CRM, calendar, social media kit and captions cost no credits. You also get 10 starting credits for the tools that need computing time.
Which portals are supported?expand_more
Currently Immowelt and Immonet — one credit per publication, all listings run through one OpenImmo feed. ImmobilienScout24 and eBay Kleinanzeigen are technically prepared and will be enabled once approval is in place.
Do the plans differ in features?expand_more
No. Every plan includes every tool, including 3D tours, videos and market reports. Only the monthly credit amount differs. What you do not use costs you nothing.
Can I cancel at any time?expand_more
Yes, monthly cancellation. Access continues until the end of the paid period; afterwards the Free plan applies with the remaining balance. There is no cancellation fee.
