Refund Policy

1. Overview

Zestio ("we", "us", "our") offers AI-powered tools for real estate professionals. We want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may be eligible for a refund.

2. Credit-Based Services

Zestio operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when you use our AI features (image enhancement, virtual staging, video generation, 3D tours, floor plan AI assistant, etc.).

  • Unused credits remain on your account and do not expire.
  • Credits that have been consumed for AI processing are non-refundable, as the service has already been rendered.
  • Credits purchased as part of a subscription plan renew according to your billing cycle.

3. Subscription Refunds

If you cancel a paid subscription plan, you will continue to have access to your plan features and remaining credits until the end of your current billing period.

  • Within 14 days of purchase: You may request a full refund of your subscription payment if you have not consumed more than 20% of the credits included in your plan. This complies with the EU right of withdrawal (see Section 5).
  • After 14 days: Subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

4. Top-Up & One-Time Purchases

Credit top-up packs are one-time purchases. Unused top-up credits remain on your account indefinitely. Top-up purchases are non-refundable once any portion of the credits has been consumed. If you have not used any credits from a top-up pack, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

5. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, for digital services that begin immediately with your consent, this right expires once the service has been fully performed — meaning once credits are consumed for AI processing.

To exercise your right of withdrawal before consuming credits, contact us at the email address below. We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

  • Your account email address
  • The purchase or subscription you would like refunded
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at kontakt@zestio.de before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension.
